Our phases and how we deliver

This is the first chance for Re:Test to understand what our partner requires from the engagement. We spend time with each partner and ascertain as much information as possible on their project in this phase:
- Requirements
- Timelines
- Stake Holders
In this way, we create the best test strategy and approach for each Partner.
Re:Test Group will create a detailed test plan which will include scope, entry and exit criteria.
We will also create the test cases per requirement and arrange a daily test plan against which we can report.
This phase will need support from the partner on coverage and allows Re:Test the time to plan in any UAT phases required.
At this stage, we put our test plan into action.
Using the test management tool, the tester will run each test, creating and managing bugs. These are reported back at the end of each day in a progress report.
During this time, we will be closely working with the development team.
This phase can reoccur at multiple times throughout our engagement.
It is the detailed closure of one phase prior to moving on to the next phase or before completion.
We present what has been done and share our findings so the business can make informed decisions on their code management.
